Joe Black, Chief Executive Officer
Joe has nearly 40 years of organizational development experience with Fortune 500 companies, as well as a distinguished career in the US Army. At Sightline Learning, he combines his senior leadership and experience as a line manager, executive, consultant and coach. Joe specializes in consulting to executives and managers involved in major change strategies; development of leadership skills in upper and mid-level managers and improving effectiveness and performance at all levels of organizations. He has extensive experience in interpersonal and organizational level conflict resolution and conflict management.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from West Texas University and a Masters of Administration from the University of Missouri. He has completed the Advanced Program in Human Resource and Organization Development at Columbia University/University of Michigan. His current and past clients include AT&T, Chevron, Intel, Levi Strauss, Sun Microsystems, Netscape, Portal Software, Federal Aviation Administration, Colliers International, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories, Electric Power Research Institute, Chrysler Motor Company, the U.S. Army and Zain Telecommunications.
Chris Condon, Founder and Chief Technology Officer
As CTO, Chris is responsible for delivering innovative E-Learning games, simulations and programs to clients worldwide. Drawing on more than 15 years of real-world sales, management, and leadership experience, Chris co-founded Sightline Learning LLC to efficiently merge existing corporate educational content with cutting-edge game based technology. He has deep experience designing learning games that truly engage ‘students’ and impact performance, profitability and retention. Chris designs games for sales and service, new hire orientation, workflow and process, project management, and customized certification programs. His work was profiled in the Wall Street Journal in 2008. Chris has worked with technology and health care clients including Yahoo!, Kaiser Permanente, Daughters of Charity Health System, the State of California, Informatica Inc., and Viad Corporation.
Chris holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Secondary Education with Honors from University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
Brent Black, Founder and EVP, Global Sales & Service
As Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Service, Brent is responsible for driving the company’s growth and profitability. In this role, he delivers a consistent, integrated customer experience through a unified worldwide sales, services and marketing organization. Brent has led Business Development, Sales and Client Services for nearly 20 years, partnering with some of the nation’s largest technology, communications, electronics and software companies.
Brent studied Liberal Arts and Marketing at University of Arizona, Tuscon. Concurrently, he completed studies in Global Economics at the University of London, London
